THE PURSUIT OF HAPPYNESS by Chris Gardner. I give it a 10 ...a fascinating look at someone's life, his determination, and how he overcame obstacles. I also saw the movie .... The book provides a lot more information about his life than does the movie. This was the pick of the month for my book group.
BELLE CANTO by Ann Patchett. Rate a 9.... A great story about unusual relationships.
SHOPAHOLIC TIES THE KNOT and SHOPAHOLIC & SISTER by Sophie Kinsella. Rate 8...funny, funny entertaining books. Makes you laugh out loud. Reminds of the old Lucy TV shows.
ENSLAVED BY DUCKS by Bob Tarte. Rate 7... An unusual book about a couple and all the animals they have taken in as their family. A funny, true tale. Anyone who loves animals...any kind of animals....will enjoy this book.
